Day of the Dead in Mexico City. A family reunion at the home of a man who just won the lottery. And by morning, the eldest son was found dead.
A dying gondolier gathers his three grown children for one last Día de los Muertos. Twenty-one million pesos, a floating garden that has been in the family for decades, and all three children home for the first time in years. The canals are thick with marigolds and mariachi. The mezcal is flowing. By dawn, the eldest son is floating face-down in the water.
You will receive the complete case file. Autopsy reports. Police interviews with every member of the family. Phone records. A last will and testament signed days before the murder. Newspaper articles. And a set of coded messages between two siblings.
Mexican Millionaire is set in Xochimilco, an unique neighborhood of Mexico city. Pour the drink, spread the documents across the table, and argue about who is lying. The case unfolds in three stages- each round overturns something you were sure about ten minutes ago.

Immediately after ordering, you'll be able to download your detective game from the final order page, or find it in your email. Each mystery has two files:
- Game pack - the actual detective case files, which we recommend printing out;
- Atmosphere pack - the main poster, soundtrack link, and drink & food recipes. All optional, but recommended to make your experience even more special.
Everything you need to solve the case is included in the Game pack. It also contains a link to the Hints section of our website, in case you need help with the investigation.
Once you solve the case, you can input your solution on our website and see if you got it right! That will also grant you access to an epilogue and full suspect breakdown.

This game is best played in groups of 2-6 people - with fellow detectives who'll help you spin wild theories and uncover hidden clues. But if you're up for a challenge, you can also try it solo!
The minimum recommended age of players is 13 years old.
No prior knowledge or experience with detective games and murder mysteries is needed.
