We want you to enjoy our games. This policy explains when you can get a refund. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not reduce any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Our products are digital

Everything we sell is a downloadable game, delivered by email and download link. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns.

The 14-day right of withdrawal, and how it works for digital games

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Digital products work slightly differently:

• If you asked us to deliver immediately and confirmed at checkout that you understood you would lose your right of withdrawal, that right ends once delivery begins. After that, the purchase can't be withdrawn. You confirm this yourself at checkout before paying, so it never happens without your agreement.
• If you did not ask for immediate delivery, we hold off on delivering until the 14 days have passed, and you can withdraw at any point during that period. Just tell us clearly, by email, before the 14 days are up. We'll refund you in full within 14 days.

You can use the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service, but any clear message works.

If something is wrong with your game

If a file is faulty, won't open, is incomplete, or isn't as described, contact us. We'll fix it, resend it, or refund it, as your statutory rights require. This applies regardless of the withdrawal rules above.

How to reach us

Email enigmito.games@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take a few days to show it.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If we can't resolve a complaint, you can approach the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) or the consumer authority in your own country. This is voluntary and doesn't affect your right to go to court.
